About

ICS iPad Tools is a place to learn, share, and discuss how we use our iPads in the classroom.  You’ll find information about apps and functions of the iPad that will help you to use your iPad to the fullest in the classroom. Search for information by subject area, division, function, or date. Please share your comments, concerns, and questions in the comments sections of each post.

This blog was created to support ICS teachers as we learn how to use our iPads in the classroom. As we go our separate ways for the summer, we might forget to share new discoveries and ideas with our colleagues, so use this blog to help ALL the ICS teachers who could benefit from your knowledge. Or, if you have a specific question that someone else is also puzzling out, leave a comment – you might get an answer from an unexpected source! Use this blog as a place to have a dialogue with your colleagues – and remember that your questions are just as valuable as your answers in this forum!

Use the What Are You Looking For? page to search for apps and functions of the iPad that will support you as you teach particular subjects, grade levels, or if you want to achieve a particular outcome.

This blog was created and is maintained by Ashley Fetterolf, the Upper School library assistant. No one is paying me to review these apps. I will always try to specify when apps cost money up front or when there are charges associated with “free” apps.
